The Hatboro Horsham Hawks is a community based Football and Cheer Organization that is made up of over 150 participants in Football and Cheer each Fall season and another 400 boys and girls in our Spring Flag Football and Cheer season.

The costs of running a youth sports organization are high and we look to Sponsorships to help us fund the programming and equipment needs for our program. Your sponsorship dollars help to pay for some of these expenses including purchasing new and safer equipment, uniforms, building repairs, etc.

A Hawks Sponsorship is valid for one year (both Spring and Fall seasons) so your company has the potential to reach over 400 families in the Hatboro-Horsham community. Attached is a Sponsorship form detailing the packages offered this year.

This is a great opportunity to reach Hatboro and Horsham families as well as visiting teams from neighboring towns.

The Hawks are a non-profit organization, and your contribution is tax deductible (PA State Tax ID #99-4825495).

- Company logo on our website with hyperlink (our website is our main source of announcements)
- Field Banner - 3’ x 8’ Forest Green with White Lettering. Banners will be on display for both the Spring and Fall 2025 seasons.
- Promotional materials may be distributed at one Fall Game day and one Spring Game Day (must be scheduled in advance with a Hawks Board Member)

Deadlines: Spring sponsorships - March 28th, 2025 / Fall sponsorships - August 15th, 2025
